Shipping policy

  • Orders are prepared within 24 hours.
  • Delivery across Egypt within 2–5 business days.
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on location.
  • If the customer paid online and requests to cancel the order before delivery electronic transaction fees will be deducted.
  • Order tracking is available.
  • If the order is placed and not collected from the courier:
    • Shipping fees will be deducted.
    • Electronic transaction fees will be deducted for online payments.
