Return Policy:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Original packaging is required.
- If the packaging is missing or damaged, the packaging cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
- In cases where the return is not due to a defect from our side, the customer bears the shipping fees.
- Refunds are processed through the original payment method.
- For online payments, electronic transaction fees will be deducted from the refund.
- Refund processing time for online payments is 3–14 business days.
Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Original packaging must be returned in the same condition.
- If a packaging issue occurs during exchange, the replacement item may be delivered without packaging.
- In cases where the exchange is not due to a defect from our side, the customer bears the shipping fees.
