1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the Captain Rabeh website within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the website under the supervision of a legal guardian.

2. Products & Availability

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
Captain Rabeh reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time without prior notice.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual product colors or details may slightly vary.

3. Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
Prices may be updated or changed without prior notice.
Payments may be made through the available payment methods shown on the website.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.
Captain Rabeh reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are prepared within 24 hours.
Delivery across Egypt within 2–5 business days.
Shipping fees are calculated based on location.
If the customer paid online and requests to cancel the order before delivery electronic transaction fees will be deducted.
Order tracking is available.
If the order is placed and not collected from the courier:
- Shipping fees will be deducted.
- Electronic transaction fees will be deducted for online payments.

6. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Original packaging is required.
If the packaging is missing or damaged, the packaging cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
In cases where the return is not due to a defect from our side, the customer bears the shipping fees.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method.
For online payments, electronic transaction fees will be deducted from the refund.
Refund processing time for online payments is 3–14 business days.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Original packaging must be returned in the same condition.
If a packaging issue occurs during exchange, the replacement item may be delivered without packaging.
In cases where the exchange is not due to a defect from our side, the customer bears the shipping fees.

8. Cash on Delivery

Captain Rabeh reserves the right to refuse Cash on Delivery orders in cases of repeated order refusal or misuse.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, designs, text, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Captain Rabeh and is protected under Egyptian intellectual property laws.
